The Saltwater Social is a Sydney based mobile raw bar serving up premium, fresh Atlantic seafood from a vintage Boler camper; never fried, always flavour forward.

Our focus is on letting the natural taste of the ocean shine, using only locally sourced ingredients and simple, thoughtful preparation. Every dish celebrates the purity and freshness of the sea; no shortcuts, no deep fryers, just good honest seafood.

Our food truck is closed for the season. Re-opening June 2026.
