Join us for a hands-on experience that combines oyster shucking, culture & education on the patio at Island Folk Cider House. Guests enjoy 10 oysters and a glass of locally crafted cider, while learning about oyster anatomy, tasting profiles and Atlantic Canada’s oyster culture. Each guest also takes home their own shucking knife to practice their new skills.
